There is no limit to the number of parts per order, provided they fit safely within a single delivery vehicle’s trunk. Yes, we have full-size lift-equipped vans.

While most delivery orders are completed using efficient gasoline/electric hybrid sedans, up to (30) full-size Ford Transit vans equipped with hydraulic lifts are available for orders that require extra space and handling.

Transit vans are also available 24-hours per day, however, we insist on booking in advance for streamlined scheduling as vans are typically on established routes.

Pricing for full-size vans are set on an account basis using a flat rate for day trips and modifier for off-hours. Contact us to establish any account rates, including the use of vans.

Order from us by selecting the Request Delivery Now option at the top or bottom of this page. Provide your warehouse order number, contact, and payment details. Account customers have a much more streamlined ordering process and we encourage setting up an account prior.

You will receive text message updates throughout the pickup and delivery process.

You will be sent a Live GPS Delivery Tracking Link so you may see the exact location of your driver and parts order at all times.

You will have access to a Local Phoenix-Based Dispatcher by text message and phone the entire time. You may reply to any of the text message updates for ongoing support from the dispatch office. All text message and phone conversations are recorded for quality and training purposes.

If your facility has landside access, your driver will bring your order inside to a front desk or other commonly accessible customer area. We’ll text you when your order has been delivered to a receptionist, or instead provide us with your own custom delivery instructions. If you have landside access, include your exact address and business name in the instructions, so we know exactly where to meet you.

If you are located airside, in a hangar, on the ramp, within a secure area, or otherwise inaccessible by standard roadway access, your driver will meet you at the airport terminal building located at your airport. If there is not an airport terminal building, your driver will meet you at the field restaurant, or the largest building at the field unless otherwise directed. For safety reasons, drivers are not permitted to enter, walk, or drive within airside restricted areas. Please do not ask or invite your delivery driver to enter any area that is not publicly accessible.

When you create a delivery request using your account, we securely charge your tokenized card automatically, and you do not need to provide your card details again.

Official Hangar Pass
To make ordering more efficient, your account includes an official Hangar Pass: A unique QR code that fills out several fields for you, saving you time and effort. Just scan the QR code with your phone, provide your warehouse order number, and go. We’re on it.

Account Tools
Assign internal work order, purchase order, or tail number details, receive E-mail receipts, and more. We build API integrations, solutions, and long-term business relationships, so let us know how we can fit with your operation best.

We extend the ultimate responsibility of quality control to the warehouse providing the parts order at the pickup, combined with the fact we cannot see inside most orders as they’re sealed. We kindly ask you to accept delivery of all parts, so your driver may be released from the order, and follow-up with the warehouse for any next steps. We are always standing by should you require our assistance if the concern relates to our service and/or if a new driver is needed to assist on a second order to retrieve different parts.

Included in the rate is a five-minute grace period for the driver to wait should a parts order recipient not be immediately available.

Always text us back to let us know of any timing issues in advance. You will have direct contact with a dispatcher based in Phoenix.

After five minutes of waiting, you may be responsible for additional costs, should your delivery driver continue to wait for a period of time. The best way to avoid these costs are to monitor your text messages, GPS tracking details, and meet your driver as they’re arriving with your parts order. We provide excellent tools that you may use to plan ahead and make great use of your time, while knowing exactly when your driver should be pulling up. Last call for same-day service is generally 3:15 PM. This may vary based on workload, weather, distance, and warehouse hours. If the parts warehouse is open, so are we.
