Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts (14) days from the date of in-person pickup or physical delivery. If (14) days have passed, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original, unopened, original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either issue you a refund, or explain why a refund is not permissible and offer the opportunity to retrieve your item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, instantly. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@airplanecaretaker.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@airplanecaretaker.com.
